| Magic. As far as 3.5 goes at around level 5 magic users start making all other characters obsolete. | |

| Melee is EXTREMELY underpowered. Ranged is okay. Magic is the only way to do anything combat orientated. It makes everything else under powered. The only thing melee characters are good for is as meat shields. And the only thing good about stealthy ranged classes is that they have good non-combat skills like slight of hand and diplomacy. | |
