Umm I'm still working on the campaign. I haven't decided on the rules yet and I'm not sure if it will be on the 9th. It might be later.

But what level. I want to start making the sheet.

Okay so as far as books go this is what I allow: Players Handbook, Players Handbook 2, Draconomicon, Races of the Dragon, Book of Exalted Deeds, Fiendish codex 1 and 2, Expanded Psionics and Complete Psionic, Sandstorm, FrostBurn, Libris Mortis, Spell COmpendium, Drow of the Underdark, Heroes of Horror, Complete Divine, Complete Arcane, Tome of Battle, Book of Vile Darkness, DM guide 1 and 2, Complete Adventurer and the miniatures handbook

No, you can't use them. And it is officially decided that this is going to be an Undead campaign.

Can I be a lich?

Yes, and it is probably going to be 11th level undead campaign.

he just said it was going to be an undead campain. And, as far as races go, dont let Ilithis or whatever have his way via pursuasion. Its really hard to play a normal campaign with him let alone, one with special creatures and clases.

Yes there is still spots open. Also it is for the most part a normal campaign except that you guys are all undead. I'll get back to you guys with specifics for the undead rules once I do a little more pondering and research.

Oh yeah I almost forgot, no you can not be monsters ie: raksashas, mind flayers, giants, etc etc

Yes but it's no big deal because undead creatures are all templates.[url][/url]

Templates? What's a template? I would still be undead.

You would choose your race and class roll your stats and add a template giving certain bonuses or penaltys and hit dice or other things
